Design & Proposals
During our free consultation we will take light readings and assess environmental conditions. With your help, and perhaps the assistance of your architect and interior designer, we will choose the plants and decorative containers that will look best in your facility. After carefully considering your design objectives, we will put together a proposal based on the selections made during our consultation. Our proposal will include both lease and purchase options so that you may select a program that is best suited to your needs. We also include a list of local references so that you can talk with others about the images we’re maintaining.
Installation & Maintenance
Upon your approval, we call our growers in Florida to have them hand select the plants based on our specifications. Each plant will be placed in its decorative container complete with top dressing and positioned in its proper location to establish the image. We then schedule weekly visits by a member of our highly-trained horticultural staff to dust, prune and water your plants. Our technicians undergo a month of rigorous training and are taught to maintain high standards of care and professionalism. Our supervisors visit your facility regularly to keep the technicians up to date on new techniques and maintain ongoing contact with you in order to assure a well-maintained image.
Guaranteed Replacement
Even the healthiest plants under the best of care will eventually expire. Replacement of plant material will be made when necessary and often before the problem is apparent to anyone but us. We are committed to keeping your plants full and vibrant This is part of our guarantee, and there is no additional cost to you. Whether you have purchased the plants or are leasing them from us, your image will be maintained.
